Bannockburn bounced back with a convincing bonus point win against a Strathmore side gunning for revenge.
In a real test of character following last week’s defeat, the Burn team responded well with a gritty team performance in a feisty affair in Forfar.
Bannockburn were at times unstoppable, moving the ball through the backs with real venom and scoring in the corners multiple times. It was not long before the Burn were a bucket of tries to the good.
Burn appeared to falter around the 60mns mark with handling errors and penalties giving the opposition a chance to claw some points back. The men in maroon and gold stood firm, though, and sealed a priceless away victory.
